Owner/designer Jason Black has 24 years of professional design/installation experience and holds a Bachelor’s of Science from South Dakota State University in Landscape Design.

Whether you are looking for a fire pit to enhance social gatherings, a paver walkway to lead you to a beautiful flower garden, or a retaining wall to reduce erosion, new or refreshed landscaping will increase your personal enjoyment of your home. If you work with Jason Black Landscaping for your design and installation, you can expect personalized service and professionalism for your entire project.

Step 1: Consultation
Share your landscaping objective in the initial meeting (maintenance preferences, materials you like, plants and colors that you enjoy, etc). You’ll discuss ideas about the best way to achieve your desired landscape. Your site will be measured and several “before” pictures will be taken.

Step 2: Presentation of design
You’ll review a blue print of your landscape design, as well as photos of plants and materials selected. You’ll have an opportunity to discuss what you like about the plan and any adjustments you’d like to make. When you approve of the design, you place a 30% down payment to secure a scheduled install. Installation timelines will be discussed. Inclement weather may adjust timelines slightly.

Step 3: Installation
Owner and designer, Jason Black, will work with a professional crew at every job site. Crew members are coached to act with professionalism and respect for homeowners. You are welcome to provide feedback during the installation to ensure maximum satisfaction. A 30% payment will be collected on the first day of construction.

Step 4: Satisfied customers
Jason is dedicated to ensuring clients are happy with their results. He’ll conduct a walk-through with you at the end of the project to confirm your expectations have been met before collecting a final payment.
